Water aerobics organized by sports services

Boost to Everyday

A 30 min low-threshold water aerobics class, which is aimed at people who have an injury, illness, functional impairment, etc. therefore difficult to participate in generally available sports. The class includes easy aerobic and muscle conditioning sections as well as short final stretches. Sometimes various tools that bring resistance are used, e.g. frisbees, balls, smiley faces, etc.

Seniors' Water Aerobics 

A 45-minute basic water aerobics open to everyone, which is especially aimed at senior citizens. They include an aerobic section according to the target group, muscle fitness sections and final stretches. Sometimes various tools that bring resistance are used, e.g. frisbees, balls, smiley faces, etc. 
 

Power 45

45 min of effective water aerobics to the beat of music, where you get the most out of your energy. The class includes an aerobic section that brings sweat to the surface, muscle conditioning sections and short final stretches. Sometimes various tools that bring resistance are used, e.g. frisbees, balls, smiley faces, etc.
