Beginners

The beginner and intermediate swimming courses are always organised during holidays. The beginner course is aimed at early learners and it is organised in a teaching pool, where participants learn to feel comfortable in the water and practice easy swimming styles using water wings and slides. Games and play are also an important part of the beginner course.

Intermediate

The intermediate course is aimed at children who are already capable of swimming 10 metres continuously.  Intermediate lessons take place in the children’s pool and the lap pool. The aim is for participants to learn to swim 25 metres continuously.

Advanced

Aimed at children who can swim 25 metres continuously. The children will practice a variety of swimming techniques and earn different achievement badges during the course. The diving pool is used for practising different types of dives, including straight dives and flips.

Adults

The swiming hall also organises beginner and technique-improving lessons for adults according to demand. If you are interested, please contact a swimming teacher or the cafeteria for more information. 

Swimmers with special requirements

There is an adaptive swimming club for children with special education needs that is organised on Wednesdays from 5 to 5.45 p.m. The swimming club is currently not running.
