Rules
Age limit and swimming ability
- Children who can’t swim can only enter the swimming pool with an adult who can swim.
- The lower age limit for the gym is 15 without a guardian.
- Children over the age of 7 must use changing rooms according to their gender. In other cases, we offer a separate changing room.
Washing and hygiene
- Wash thoroughly before entering the pool or sauna. Take off your swimsuit when entering the sauna or showering.
- Wet your hair when you shower, or wear a swimming cap.
- Long hair must be tied back.
- Please wear a clean swimsuit made of swimsuit fabric. Use of a burkini is allowed.
- With babies, use only swimwear. The use of swim nappies is prohibited.
- You may not shave or dye your hair in the changing and shower areas.
- Using underwear under the swimsuit is prohibited.
- Only indoor shoes are permitted in the washing and pool area.
- Do not bring chewing gum or snuff/chewing tobacco into the pool or washing area.
- Those suffering from infectious diseases should avoid the swimming pool.
Public Safety
- There are lifeguards in the swimming pool overseeing public order and safety. Children are always under the responsibility of their parents at the swimming pool. Children who can’t swim should not be left in the pool unsupervised by a parent or adult guardian. Those accompanying children who can’t swim must wear a swimsuit and accompany the child in the pool.
- Swimming time is 2 hours in the pool area.
- Free-diving is prohibited (25 m dives and holding your breath).
- Running, endangering the safety of others or displaying other types of threatening behaviour is prohibited.
- You must not violate the physical or psychological integrity of others.
- Entering the swimming pool while intoxicated, possessing or using intoxicants, as well as smoking or using snus is prohibited in all areas of the swimming pool.
- Do not bring breakable glass jars, dishes or drinking bottles into the pool, washing or changing area.
- Taking photos in the washrooms, changing rooms, toilets and saunas is prohibited! Taking photos in the pool area requires authorisation from the personnel.
- No mobile phones are allowed in the pool area without authorisation from the personnel.
- The swimming pool personnel is responsible for making sure that visitors abide by the rules. If you see anyone breaking the rules, please report it to a staff member.
- The personnel has the right to warn or remove persons violating the rules or acting disruptively from the swimming pool.
- The personnel may issue a ban to people who continuously violate the rules, engage in illegal activities or bad behaviour. Any expenses caused by the ban will not be reimbursed.
