General:

  • Entry allows for a 2-hour stay in the swimming hall facilities. You must leave the pool areas 30 minutes before the swimming hall closes and vacate the changing and shower areas when the hall closes. The swimming hall is monitored by recorded surveillance cameras.
  • The lifeguard maintains general order and safety. Everyone uses the swimming hall at their own responsibility and is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings.
  • Children are the responsibility of their parents during their visit to the swimming hall. A child who cannot swim should not be left unattended in the swimming pool without a parent or adult guardian supervising. A non-swimming child will be monitored in the pool while wearing a swimsuit.
  • Free diving is prohibited (dives over 25 m and breath-holding).
  • Running, endangering others' safety, or any other threatening behavior is prohibited.
  • The physical or psychological integrity of other individuals must not be violated.
  • The swimming hall is for everyone. Bullying, racism, or discrimination against others is prohibited.
  • Entering the swimming hall while intoxicated, possession of substances, use of substances, as well as smoking and using snuff is prohibited in all areas.
  • Do not bring fragile glass containers, dishes, or drinking bottles into pool, shower, or changing areas.
  • Jumping into the pool is only allowed from the deep end of the 25 m pool, the deep end of the teaching pool, and from diving boards, without compromising the safety of other customers. Jumping from diving boards is only allowed with the lifeguard's permission.
  • In other problematic situations or uncertainties, contact the staff.

Age limits and swimming skills:

  • Non-swimming children may only be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
  • Those over 7 years old must use the changing room of their respective gender. In other cases, we provide a separate changing room for use.
  • The age limit for independent use of the swimming hall is 7 years, and at least 25 meters swimming ability without assistance is required.
  • Children under 7 years old, non-swimmers, and special groups are welcome in the swimming hall only when accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their special care and supervision in all swimming hall areas. Children are the responsibility of their parent or other adult guardian, who must not leave the child unattended at any time in the swimming hall. Floatation devices or similar aids never replace swimming ability and do not relieve the guardian's supervision responsibility for the child.
  • Groups, schools, and sports clubs can conduct training only under the supervision of the responsible person. The responsible person must be present throughout the training.

  • Wash yourself thoroughly before entering the swimming pool and sauna. Remove your swimsuit during sauna and shower use.

  • Long hair must be tied back.
