Hiu area

Hiu streets are child-friendly and calm, and there is a small, peaceful playground at the end of Niitynlaidankuja. Hiu is in the middle of a beautiful forest setting. The area is also just round the corner from Hiu’s berry and mushroom picking sites and nature trails, as well as the Hiujärvi bivouac and bird tower, while the sea is also not too far.

Local services

Services, such as a shop, school, and kindergarten, are also within a cycling distance. The child-friendly Hiu beach is located only a few hundred metres away and you can reserve a boat berth relatively close by.
