Multidisciplinary Joint Service for the Promotion of Employment

Multidisciplinary Joint Service for the Promotion of Employment is a collaborative model in which the TE office, the municipality and Kela together assess the service needs of the unemployed, plan appropriate service packages for them in terms of employment, and are responsible for progressing and monitoring the employment process.

An expert from the TE office, municipality or Kela assesses the need for a multidisciplinary joint service in a customer service situation. If the customer service situation shows that the promotion of your employment requires the coordination of the services and the service process organized by the TE office, the municipality and Kela, the expert will refer you to a multidisciplinary joint service.

The goal of the activity is to promote the employment of the unemployed by offering them public employment services as well as social, health and rehabilitation services as a multidisciplinary joint service.
