Growth and Learning Services Administration

The operating concept, values and goals of the growth and learning services is based on a culture of wellbeing. The aim is to strengthen the mental well-being of students and conditions for a good life in accordance with the City’s strategy and the goals set out in the early childhood education plan and curriculum. We want to build a culture where everyone feels accepted, loved and valued, as well as active participants in their own community. By encouraging appreciation and participation, we are tapping into our best resources to achieve the goals we have set out for learning and operational quality. 

The task of administration services is to support the personnel and make sure that their operating instructions and the decisions they follow are up-to-date and in accordance with the law. Administration is also responsible for managing and organising the development of operations, as well as further training of personnel and other skills strengthening activities.
