Youth services organise activities for young people in different kinds of events and in activity-oriented trips and excursions. The excursions/trips are also carried out in co-operation with the youth council.
We inform about the current camps, excursions, and trips on our Facebook and Instagram, in the news section of our website and in local newspapers, etc. So follow us to stay informed!
We also receive feedback and proposals for excursion destinations and events. Get in touch!
Winter Holiday Week Program (Week 8)
Tuesday 17 February
Outdoor Day at Myllymäki
- For grades 5–age 17, from 1–3 pm
- Weather permitting!
- We will do fun winter activities, especially sledding. Bring a sled or make your own sliding device.
- Hot chocolate and cream buns will be served.
Hamburger Buffet at Wintteri Youth Center
- For young people aged 12–20, from 3–5 pm
- A relaxed evening cooking and eating hamburgers together.
- Organized by the Uusikaupunki Youth Council.

Wednesday 18 February
Wintteri Youth Center (Nuokkari)
- For grades 7–age 17, from 3–6 pm
- During the last hour (5–6 pm), you can go to the sports hall
to play indoor games. Bring indoor sports shoes.
Thursday 19 February
Trip to SuperPark Turku
- For grades 5–age 17
- Max 40 participants, minimum 20 needed
- Price: 21 € (includes bus transport and a 4-hour ticket)
- Registration: 2 Feb–10 Feb (8:00) via the registration Link
- Registration is binding and payment is made when registering
Food:
- You can buy food at the Holiday Club Caribia restaurants
- Or bring your own snacks
Bring:
- Comfortable clothes for moving
- Your own water bottle

Return from Turku at 5:00 pm. The bus returns in reverse order.
Ice Swimming & Sauna
- For older young people aged 16–29
- At Saunalaituri Höyry, 2–3 pm
- Free of charge, no registration needed.
