Reservable rooms at the library

Uusikaupunki library has two conference rooms, which patrons can reserve for meetings or other uses. The rooms have large tables, and if needed, a movable large screen for video calls or presentations. The screen can be connected to a laptop with an HDMI cable. 

During the meetings the door is closed, and a placard is placed on the door handle, which has the duration of the meeting written on it. At the end of the meeting, please ensure the placard is handed over to staff. 

Reservation times are determined by library opening hours. 

Small conference room 

Is located in the staff area, the door must be opened by staff. The closest entrance is the staff entrance. Located next to the kitchen/breakroom. Fits 8 people.

Uusikaupunki-room 

Located in the library proper, open to patrons. Houses the library’s local collection. Larger than the small conference room. Fits 14 people.

Please note that as the room houses the Uusikaupunki collection, it is possible for a patron or staff member to enter the room for material.
