Salmi area

The Salmi area offers a comfortable and peaceful living environment near the Ruokolanjärvi and Käätyjärvi lakes. The shores of the lakes are traversed by an extensive nature trail, enabling cycling and jogging in the midst of nature. In winter, you can sometimes ski and skate on the frozen lakes.

Local services

The area includes a nursing home for the elderly and a riding school. There are more services in the nearby Hakametsä area, including a barbecue kiosk, barber shop, Hakametsä daycare centre and Hakametsä school, which are about 2 kilometres away.

Available plots are normally attached to already completed areas, but you may be able to find a set of several available plots. There are over 20 free plots in the area. Plot sizes vary between 769 and 1556 m2, and building rights have been granted to a total area of 154-311 m2.
