Booking Instructions

The demand-responsive ride is booked based on addresses within the service area, and pick-up takes place at the nearest designated pick-up point, known as a neighborhood stop. The location of the stop will be provided when you book. The stop may not be marked physically, and passengers may need to walk a short distance, such as to a nearby street corner. The network of neighborhood stops covers the entire service area, with over 100 stops available.

The service operates with two minibuses. Wheelchair spaces are not available, but the vehicles can accommodate foldable walkers and strollers. Be sure to mention any mobility aids when booking your ride!

If you need to cancel, please do so well in advance to make the vehicles available for others.

By Phone

The customer service representative will provide the earliest possible pick-up time. Be prepared to wait for up to 15 minutes for your ride. If you need to ensure a specific arrival time, book well in advance and indicate the time you need to reach your destination (e.g., the bus station or a doctor's appointment).

Through the Online Booking Platform

When using the online booking service for the first time, registration is required, including providing your email address and phone number. The platform is for booking only; payment is made when boarding the vehicle.

You can specify either your desired departure time or arrival time when booking. The system will suggest the best options based on your input. Enter the address of your starting location, and the platform will suggest three nearby stops—choose the most suitable one. Repeat the process for your destination. Make sure to reserve a seat for children as well.

Currently, the system allows booking for a maximum of two passengers per reservation. This limitation will be updated in the future. In the "Additional Information" field, you can note details such as traveling with a stroller.

Click the "Save" button to receive a list of suitable and available vehicles. Confirm your choice by clicking "Save" again.

When booking online, you can do so well in advance of your trip. You can also check your booked trips and cancel reservations directly within the platform.
