Strategies and programs

The task of the strategy is to direct the available resources to the right targets. The main attention is focused especially on the priority areas that have been selected in the strategy. The strategy is a tool for long-term development for both trustees and personnel.

The strategies and programs have mostly been published only in Finnish and they can be viewed on the city's Finnish-language website.
