Family planning clinic

The family planning clinic provides services related to contraception and family planning:

• sexual health counselling
• the use, follow-up and change of contraceptives
• referrals for sterilisation
• initial examinations and guidance for fertility treatments, referral for further examinations
• initial examinations and guidance for abortions, referral for further examinations

Inhabitants of Uusikaupunki, Pyhäranta, Vehmaa, Taivassalo, and Kustavi that are under the age of 25 are provided with contraceptives free of charge (including condoms). For further information, contact the family planning clinic.
