Carpet washing places

There are five council-maintained dryland carpet washing places in Uusikaupunki that are open during the summer. Depending on the weather conditions, the water supply is usually switched on in week 20 and turned off in week 37. 

The washing places are equipped with washing basins, a wringer and a drying rack. Pyhämaa and Vintri are located close to the beach with a toilet and barbecue hut.
