Sports hall reservations

Uusikaupunki offers 16 indoor sports facilities, all of which are versatile in size and equipment, making them suitable for a variety of physical activities.

The Sports Services department manages and oversees the use of gymnasiums in schools designated for educational purposes:

• Weekdays: 4 PM to 10 PM
• Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: Full-day availability
  Additionally, the gymnasiums at Haapaniemi and Seikow are accessible daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Free slots can be reserved through the booking system.

Booking a Gym Slot

Gym slots are managed using the reservation system, which requires logging in with personal credentials or authentication via suomi.fi.

Reservation requests submitted through the system for the following facilities are processed within 1-3 business days:

For facilities equipped with online payment options and ILOQ electronic locks, the provided PIN code allows access without the need for additional approval.

Payment for Gym Slots

Using gym facilities is subject to a fee.

Payment Methods:

• Online payment
• Sports benefit vouchers
• Invoice

Important!

• Reservations costing less than €10 cannot be paid by invoice. If the total reservation fee is under €10, the invoice option will not be available.
• Invoices can also be paid using sports benefits at the upcoming Wintteri Café.
