At the workshop you can find a direction towards the future!

Workshop Väiski implements work activities with young people aged 18-29. The goal of the workshop is to support the young person, taking into account their individual strengths and needs. The goals and duration of the workshop period are planned together with the customer to meet his needs. The workshop also has groups for people over 30 years old.

The workshop period includes work in the workshop and at external workplaces, company and training introductions, and learning various everyday skills. At the workshop, we look for a direction for the future and train our skills for transitioning to working life.

Alternative paths from the workshop onwards:

  • jobs in the open labor market
  • work trial
  • wage-supported work
  • training or apprenticeship.
