"Pikku Karju" Wed 17.7.

Karjurock, known as the world's toughest countryside festival, will be held at Nopperla Estate in Lokalahti, Uusikaupunki on Friday and Saturday, July 19-20. Once again, there will be amazing experiences amidst beautiful rural scenery. This week will be complemented by the new family-oriented Pikkukarju event day, which will be held on Wednesday, July 17.

The most anticipated program of the Pikkukarju event is Käärijä's concert starting at 7 PM. Additionally, there will be a football match between Social Media Stars and Karjurock Allstars, a Karjurock carnival, and other exciting activities. A portion of the proceeds from the Pikkukarju event day will be directed through the Association of Friends of the University Children's Hospitals to improve the comfort of the children's and youth departments at TYKS Lighthouse Hospital.

Henri Kulmala from United Festivals Oy is excited about the upcoming family event.

• "We decided to remember minors and families with children once again, and when we managed to book Käärijä, the green-boleroed sensation of Finland, as the main performer, we knew this would be a perfect event day. We were also pleased to agree on a charity theme with TYKS Lighthouse Hospital," says Henri Kulmala.
• "Few festivals nowadays hold family days without age restrictions, but Pikkukarju is an exception. The event day starts at 3 PM and is packed with family-oriented programs including football games and a carnival. Welcome to join us!" concludes Kulmala.

TICKET SALES HAVE STARTED

Ticket sales for the Pikkukarju event day have started. Regular tickets and family tickets, which grant entry for two adults and two children (0-16 years old), are available. Tickets are sold by Ticketmaster, www.ticketmaster.fi.
