Cruise Day Schedule The cruise departs at 10:30 am from behind the Pakkahuone guest harbor in Uusikaupunki. The journey begins leisurely past impressive yacht harbors. The sea voyages are made on the passenger ship M/S Kerttu, which features comfortable and warm interiors with a café (full licensing) and plenty of space on the sun deck to enjoy the day at sea.

The trip to the island is an experience in itself. You can see the beautiful nature of the inner archipelago and the vast open sea of the Bothnian Sea while enjoying the journey, perhaps with a cup of coffee and a pastry or a cold beer. There are plenty of birds and navigational marks to see along the way, and the onboard guidance will introduce you to the nature of the archipelago and its sights. The sea voyage lasts about 1.5 hours.

At Isokari: The guided tour starting from the harbor introduces the island's nature, history, and of course, the lighthouse. The lighthouse is still an operational maritime safety device, and admission to the lighthouse is guided. To reach the lantern room and admire the lighthouse lens, you have to climb nearly 180 steps, but the tower is an impressive sight even when viewed from the beautiful lighthouse meadow.

The cruise price includes lunch served at the Isokari Kasarmiravintola Mainio. In addition to the joint cruise program (guided island tour, lighthouse visit, lunch), you have time to pet the sheep, take a swim, and enjoy coffee and pastries on the idyllic summer terrace. The island's vegetation, birdlife, architecture, and ship traffic in front of the island offer plenty to see and explore independently for all ages.

The cruise is weather dependent: Strong winds prevent sailing to Isokari. The wind limit for the cruise is about 15 m/s, depending on the wind direction. If the cruise has to be canceled due to weather conditions, those who have booked tickets will be notified the day before the cruise. In the case of force majeure weather, the cruise will not be charged, and no compensation will be paid for its cancellation.

You can reschedule your booking to another day without a service fee. The rescheduling must be done at least 3 days before the cruise day. If the rescheduling is made to a day with a different price, the difference in cruise prices will be refunded/charged on the ship.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge 7 days before the trip. If the reservation is canceled when there is a week or less to the cruise, or if the reservation is not redeemed at all, the reserved cruise places will be fully charged. Please review the reservation and payment terms before making a reservation.
